Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between UMB PRO EOOD, UIC 205359614, with registered office at 89 Bulgaria St., Opaka (hereinafter “UMB Pro”), and customers who order 3D printed products via umb-pro.com, by email, phone or WhatsApp.

1. Enquiry and quote

  • The price shown by the online calculator is an estimate calculated automatically from the model geometry. It is not a final quote.
  • The final quote is sent by email after the file has been reviewed and is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After that, prices may be updated according to material costs.

2. Order confirmation

An order is confirmed upon the customer’s written consent (email is sufficient) and payment of the advance. Please check models, quantities, material, colour and finishing. Changes after confirmation may lead to additional costs and a new lead time.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros. The quote states whether VAT is included.
  • Payment: 50% advance on confirmation, the balance on delivery. Payment is by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Products remain the property of UMB Pro until paid in full.

4. Lead time

The lead time is stated in the quote and starts from confirmation and payment of the advance. It is an estimate; we will inform you promptly of any delay.

5. Quality, tolerances and appearance

  • Standard FDM tolerance: ±0.5% of the dimension, but not less than ±0.3 mm. Tighter tolerances, fits and threads are guaranteed only if agreed in writing before production.
  • Print layers are visible. There may be support marks and slight colour differences between material batches and compared to on-screen images.

6. Application and strength

3D printed parts are weaker between layers. The customer is responsible for their suitability for a specific use (load, temperature, UV, food contact, medical or safety-critical applications), unless this has been agreed in writing.

7. Files and rights

The customer warrants that they hold the rights to the models provided and is liable for any infringement of third-party rights. Files are used only for the relevant order and are kept confidential.

8. Delivery

Products are collected in person in Opaka or shipped by courier to an address, office or parcel locker anywhere in the country. Risk passes to the customer when the products are handed to the courier or the customer. If delivery is not included in the quote, it is charged at the courier’s rates.

9. Complaints

Visible transport damage must be reported within 3 working days of receipt, and quality issues within 14 days, with the item unaltered and photos, to office@umb-pro.com. At our discretion, the defect is remedied by rework, reprinting or a refund of the affected item.

10. Cancellation

If an order is cancelled after production has started, the customer pays for the items already produced and the material used.

11. Liability

For orders from legal entities, UMB Pro’s total liability for the order is limited to its value. UMB Pro is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit.

12. Consumer rights

These terms do not limit consumers’ rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. Items made to the customer’s individual specification are not subject to return under the right of withdrawal (Art. 57(3) of the Consumer Protection Act).

13. Personal data

Customer data is used only to fulfil the order, issue documents and contact the customer. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
