This policy describes how UMB PRO EOOD processes the personal data of visitors to umb-pro.com and of customers who send us enquiries, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

  • Contact form: name, email, subject and message content.
  • Online calculator and quote request: name, company, email, phone, note, selected order parameters and uploaded 3D files.
  • Online chat: messages and data you enter in the chat yourself.
  • Newsletter: email address, if you have subscribed.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies — according to the settings you have chosen in the cookie banner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Preparing a quote and replying to an enquiry — taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Fulfilling orders, delivery and invoicing — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
  • Protecting the website from abuse and spam — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Statistical and marketing cookies and the newsletter — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Your 3D files

Uploaded models are used solely to prepare a quote and fulfil your order. We do not share them with third parties, publish them or use them for any other purpose without your written consent. We delete them at your request.

5. Retention period

  • Enquiries and files that did not result in an order — up to 3 years from the last contact.
  • Data related to orders and invoices — for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.
  • Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe.

6. Recipients of data

Data is accessible only to employees of UMB PRO EOOD. Where necessary, we share it with processors who help us provide the service: website hosting provider, email service provider, online chat provider, courier companies (for delivery) and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.

7. Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies to function properly. Statistical and marketing cookies are loaded only after your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the same banner.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, write to us at office@umb-pro.com. We will reply within one month.

We may update this policy if the way we process data changes. The current version is always published on this page.
